Our August meeting was certainly lively with a wealth of fascinating images from our members including pictures from a recent club outing to The Big Pit in South Wales.

The visit also included a behind-the-scenes look at the adjacent Pontypool & Blaenafon Railway. Among other visual delights we were transported to some gritty urban environments,  aspects of German heritage, ancient fortifications and up close with tree sculpture.  As usual the images encouraged a good deal of positive discussion, revealed insights and spontaneous good humour.

We also featured the splendid and imaginative 'Blueprints' concept imagery by Joana P Cardozo.
